
My weight loss program is back on track. I have moved my target weight from 90kg to 85kg and have reached 92kg this week. That is 13 kg or nearly 29 lbs lost since January.
I went running outside with a colleague on Wednesday for the first time, I have always used the treadmill before. We did 5k and I stayed with him the entire time and felt comfortable which was a surprise.
If I get time tonight I'll upload a picture of me in a situation noone could predict - watch this space.

ReplyDeleteAfter seeing your graph I started charting my weight from the beginning of March and I swear it's the inverse of yours!!
